Biorhythms
Hiya, really liked your biorhythm calculator. A subject very new to me but something that makes sense as to why your moods and energy levels could swing forno obvious reason... I try to check mine often now.

Easy to use
I have looked at a lot of sites and this one is clear, accurate and I really like the explanation aspect so that you don\'t need to decipher it yourself.
A must use when I am planning a tough mt bike ride, creating my web site .........
It\'s very useful when looking at the week ahead and deciding when to plan certain activities so that my bio-rhythms are at their optimum.
When certain dates are fixed then I am aware what my strengths and weaknesses will be so that I can act and plan accordingly.
Brilliant - well done!
